Separated by 1,000 miles, dad Kevin and daughter Jamie didn’t share the mundane routines of everyday life. Shared holidays and school breaks were filled with adventure. But they weren’t conducive to a “normal” parent/child relationship.
Now, this dad and adult daughter are getting to know each other for real. The 2 Clicks in a Pod project is rooted in a desire to learn about one another. It also explores the universal human journey through joy, challenges, and unique familial relationships.

ABOUT THE PODCAST
Kevin McClintick is an entrepreneur and senior executive who struggled with being 1,000 miles away from his children.
In his 45-year career as a registered engineer, Kevin has ranked at the top of his field. He’s built and led a multimillion-dollar business in the exterior cladding systems industry. Now, he’s exploring and building his relationship with his daughter via 2 Clicks in a Pod.
A native of Indiana, Kevin earned a degree in civil engineering from Virginia Tech University. After 43 years in the Dallas area, Kevin and his girlfriend Suzanne have recently relocated to Nashville.

Jamie McClintick-Edwards is a business operations professional and former “unaccompanied minor” child of divorce.
An expert in human resources, Jamie is a skilled trainer who’s all about cross-departmental communication and process improvement. Now, she’s studying the communication, processes, and operations around her relationship with her long-distance dad. 2 Clicks in a Pod is their shared labor of love.
Jamie is a native-born Texan who was raised in Florida. She holds a degree in international affairs from Florida State University. Jamie resides in Pennsylvania with her husband, Chris, and two children.
